T. Boone Pickens is a well-known and legendary Texas oilman, a crusader for shareholder rights, a philanthropist, and a corporate raider. The Pickens Plan focuses on cutting America’s demand for foreign oil by more than a third over the next decade, and he is bankrolling the largest public policy advertisement campaign to get this message across.
